12 Things I Believe
- 1. Predictability yields boredom in every aspect of life except one.
- 2. Repetition breeds success.

- 5. When you want something badly enough, you'll make a plan to get it and get excited by the plan.

- 7. To heal the pain you have, you must face the pain you have.
- 8. The first signs of a joint in trouble are stiffness and tightness.
- 9. Massage, Rolfing, Mobilization, Maunal therapy are all the same. It's the frequency, intensity and duration of the technique that differs.
- 10. Back pain always levies an emotional tax.
- 11. When you hurt during or after exercise and you keep doing it, you're just not that into you.
- 12. Exercise without sweat is not exercise.
