Correction

Heidi points out, "You said:  And, if you want to take about ten years off your life, stand tall and walk briskly. Do you mean:  If you want to add to years to your life?"

Good point. I didn't mean that by standing tall and walking briskly you shorten your life. I meant that by standing tall and walking briskly you'll seem ten years younger than  you are.
